This is the signature scent from a lingerie company in London of the same name. I don't know about their underwear, but this is one extremely provocative scent. It's different. The very first whiff I got of this was a bit deceptive (isn't that what spies are supposd to do?). It seemed floral. In fact, it seemed like a very nice floral. But it isn't a floral. True, it has rose, gardenia, and magnolia in there along with some very nice Egyptian jasmine. But the scent also uses saffron, Russian coriander, amber, and musk to good effect. It's unusual but not in an eccentric way. It has a pretty long scent span and it's the sort of perfume that could very easily become somebody's one-and-only.
In fact, one of my favorite perfumista buddies has this as her lifetime favorite scent. One drawback: it's very distinctive. That can be a big advantage to women skilled at fragrance, but if you wear too much, this perfume can arrive in the room before you do.
Technically, Agent Provocateur calls this scent a "floral chypre." It is not particularly a "young" or "old" scent but I think it's more fun for night than day.
